Christopher J. Ballard was a teacher at Journey Academy, a Christian school in Centennial, Colorado. He was arrested in early March 2024 after the director of the Academy went to police alleging a child was sexually assaulted on May 2nd, that children were forced to watch Child Sexual Abuse Material, and that children were forced to run naked as punishment.
Dustin Glenn Ledford was a school guidance counselor at Fallston Elementary School in Cleveland County in North Carolina. He was arrested in February 2024 for sexually abusing a minor.
David Templet was a police officer in Latta, South Carolina, until his resignation after criminal charges were filed accusing him of sexually abusing an eleven-year-old child.
Rachel Wakefield, along with her husband David Wakefield, has been charged with sexual abuse of a minor. She was indicted on eleven charges. They are alleged to have abused a girl for four years beginning when she was fourteen. Rachel Wakefield was the substitute teacher and coach.
David Wakefield was the athletic director and principal of Damascus Christian School in Damascus, Oregon. He has been accused of sexually abusing a minor, a student in his school for four years, beginning when she was fourteen.
William Trevor Goodson is a now-former South Laurel High School girls basketball assistant coach and coach at the middle school. He resigned after being charged for sexually abused students.
In 2023, he was accused of again sexually assaulting a child, this one under the age of ten. The child was eight. He was found guilty by a jury in February, 2024. The jury was not told about his prior conviction, though there will be a second trial to see if he would get enhanced penalties for a repeat offense.
After he became Chair, it was revealed that he was fired from the Benton Police Department for ethics violation related to him having a “sexual relationship with a minor.” The investigator determined that Jones liked when he said he did not know she was underage. The investigator mentioned Jones telling the girl not to tell anyone as he would get in trouble. He was twenty-five. The girl’s mother did not want him prosecuted but thought he should not be a police officer.
Corey Botelho was a Jefferson County deputy sheriff. As the owner of a security firm Tri-Force Tactical, he was a board member of the area Chamber of Commerce. A soccer coach, he was also a board member of the United Vallely Soccer Association. He is the former president of the Clarion Rifle and Pistol Club. Check out the creepy account for his business Tri-Force Tactical on the site formerly known as Twitter. This well-known “community leader” has been charged with repeatedly raping a child since she was eight until she was fifteen. In December, he again tried to abuse her and she stopped him. He faces 79 charges.
Donald H. Briggs served as the mayor of Millbrook, New York for two terms. His last term ended in 2007. In 2016, he was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act with a person under seventeen. The minor is not a relative.
