Dale Kenyon was the mayor of Clayton, New York. He was indicted for “engaging in sex acts” with a 14-year-old girl over the course of three years beginning in 2009. He was indicted in September 2017 on 22 counts of third-degree Criminal Sexual Act for the alleged abuse.
Kenneth Merlin Richens was the head of Ken and Darlene Richens Family Education Initiatives Inc. News reports name him and his wife as owners, but no one owns a nonprofit and as it raised and disbursed no money according to Guidestar. It is an unsuccessful nonprofit or perhaps just an excuse to spend time with children under color of charity. He was also an LDS missionary and Central Valley Medical Center in Nephi, Utah. He has pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
After he became Chair, it was revealed that he was fired from the Benton Police Department for ethics violation related to him having a “sexual relationship with a minor.” The investigator determined that Jones liked when he said he did not know she was underage. The investigator mentioned Jones telling the girl not to tell anyone as he would get in trouble. He was twenty-five. The girl’s mother did not want him prosecuted but thought he should not be a police officer.

This well-known “community leader” has been charged with repeatedly raping a child since she was eight until she was fifteen. In December, he again tried to abuse her and she stopped him. He faces 79 charges.
Donald H. Briggs served as the mayor of Millbrook, New York for two terms. His last term ended in 2007. In 2016, he was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act with a person under seventeen. The minor is not a relative.
Lillie Bowman was a high school teacher and trap team coach in Norris, Oklahoma. In early April, a student told the school administrators about a sexual relationship between the trap-shooting coach and one of the students she was coaching. The school “investigated” and determined there was nothing amiss and warned the student who had come to them to stop talking about the teacher and the student she victimized or risk suspension. The also informed the school resource officer that the rumor was unfounded and called the mother of the student who reported the rumor.
