David Finkel was the Vice-President of the Shelbyville, Indiana, School Board and a former Republican primary candidate for mayor in 2023. He stepped down from the school board after he was arrested in June 2025 and charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and sexual exploitation of a minor.
Robert J. (RJ) May, III, was a Republican member of the South Carolina State House of Representatives, but was suspended in June 2025 after his arrest for distribution of child sexual abuse material.
Judd Stone was the Solicitor General of Texas. He defended the Texas abortion bounty to the Supreme Court by arguing that just knowing an abortion takes place causes such distress that it rises to a “tort of outrage.” Not only can someone whose feelings are hurt by hearing about an abortion, they can sue anyone involved, no matter how tenuous the link, for example. a taxi driving taking someone to a clinic. That guy. He was forced to resign amid allegations of sexual harassment from two women. The allegations are lurid as you can deduce from the headlines in the news stories. John Denzel was the “safe environment manager” for St. Brigid of Kildare, a Catholic school in Dublin, Ohio. In that role, he did background checks on potential employees and volunteers. He also did sexual abuse awareness training for staff, parents, and volunteers. The Internet Archive has a description of the program that used to be on the schools site. He had worked at the school for many years in different roles, including providing supervision for “latchkey” kids. He was fired in 2024 after his arrest for fifteen charges relating to child sexual abuse material.
David G. McConkie was a deputy district attorney and the president of the Colorado Springs East Stake of the Mormon Church. He left the D.A.’s office for private practice. In 2023, he was arrested for sexual assault of a child. He was charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a child for nine years, from 2004 to 2013, beginning when the child was an infant. He will serve no jail time thanks to a plea agreement that allowed him to plead guilty to one count of attempting to sexual assault a child. He was sentenced in July, 2025.
Jeremy Francis Plonski is a Minnesota State Trooper who is currently on leave pending investigation. He is being held without bail on charges of producing child sexual abuse material. Content warnings all over this one.
Rodney Creech is a Republican Ohio state representative who is now running for Ohio senate despite being sanctioned by the Republican-dominated Ohio House and asked to resign by the Republican House Speaker over allegations of sexual misconduct and imposition made by a teenage relative.
Stephen Kamnik, a Pennsylvania State Police Corporal, has been suspended without pay after an Internal Affairs investigation into misuse of state property (his computer.) However, when they searched his computer, he ended up with 608 criminal charges including the creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual abuse of children.
Jovanté Teague is the Vice-Chair of the Florida Republican Party. He was also the vice-mayor of Cross City, Florida. Before that, he was a prison guard when he was convicted convicted in a state felony investigation that disclosed he had a sexual relationship with a female inmate. Since he was in a position of power over her making it difficult for her to refuse, any sort of sexual relationship was an abuse of power.
Nathan Rees was a professor at University of North Dakota in the Art and Design Department from 2013 to 2015. He was also a friend of Ray Holmberg. He received emails from Holmberg describing how he was grooming and sexually abusing a UND student in Prague. He did nothing.
