Judd Stone was the Solicitor General of Texas. Recently, Stone was appointed to a judicial review panel, but had to resign after he was sued for sexual harassment by one of the two women in May 2025. Stone has hit back, alleging in a lawsuit that Webster falsified the letter he wrote and that Webster bragged to him about tampering with witnesses.
