UTAH – Material Harmful to Minors
Today we report on another Jan 6th insurrectionist who was sentenced to 30 days in jail for entering the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot in 2021.
Landon Manwaring told the judge during sentencing: “I can definitely see how my actions that day, January 6, contributed to the rest of the chaotic events of that day. And I feel really bad about that. I can see that I need to be accountable for those actions,” Manwaring told DC District Judge Carl John Nichols.

In an unrelated case, a Utah state court judge already sentenced Manwaring to serve 30 days for pleading guilty to a felony count of dealing in materials harmful to a minor.
Utah law prohibits dealing in material harmful to minors under Section 76-10-1206, which makes it illegal to intentionally distribute or exhibit harmful material to a minor

What Manwaring did to the victim is unknown, but by the sounds of the charge, he may have sent a minor an explicit photo of himself.
We could grab the court doc from https://xchange.utcourts.gov/XchangeWEB/XchangeWebServlet but it costs $10, this guy and his small charge isn’t worth it.
Utah has no vote records online but he is or was MAGA, participating in the January 6 insurrection with his mom. Now that is some Republican family values right there.
