Jeremy Francis Plonski is a Minnesota State Trooper who is currently on leave pending investigation. He is being held without bail on charges of producing child sexual abuse material. Content warnings all over this one.
He was just one of more than 200 arrested in a huge nationwide investigation by the Department of Justice and the FBI. The details of the crime are so disgusting that even the Acting US Attorney for Minnesota did not mention any specifics, saying it “one of the most vile and predatory offenses imaginable.”
He has been charged with producing child sexual abuse material (videos) some of which include him abusing Victim 1.
Speaking for myself, it’s the first time I saw the criminal complaint restricted so it could not be downloaded on PACER. It must be awful. Just reading the indictment made it hard for me to breathe. What is public knowledge is so bad, I cannot fathom what made this restricted.
