John Kevin Taylor is the former mayor of Coldstream, Kentucky. He and his wife were recently arrested. He was arrested for sexually abusing a girl under the age of twelve and for possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). She was arrested for failure to report him. One of his employees brought Taylor’s work phone to his wife to tell her about the CSAM on his phone. Not only did she not inform the police; she gave the phone back to Taylor.

1388: Fredrick Piccolo, Jr.

Fredrick Piccolo, Jr. was once Governor Ron DeSantis’s chief spokesperson but lost that position for downplaying COVID deaths. He worked as a campaign manager for Rep. Jackie Toledo, but was sued by her for sending for what she described as “unwanted, unsolicited, inappropriate and grossly offensive” text messages.

He was subsequently hired by New College of Florida as a Communications Director. He was arrested in May 2025 for indecent exposure.

Tyler Fischer is allegedly a comedian. His routine mostly consists of whining about how he is oppressed by “woke” businesses and people. For example, he is making bank on being banned by Delta Airlines. He claims he was just being funny, but you can judge for yourself. Claiming to be a victim can be rewarding, so he calls his comedy tour the “No Fly List” tour. And now he has a new oppressor, Fox News.

Matthew Henry Laparra was the Worship Team Director at Trinity Worship Center in Burlington, North Carolina until 2024.

In April 2025, he was arrested for three felony counts of statutory rape and two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child.

Gerald “Jerry” Cummings was elected Chair of the Oregon Republican Party in March 2025. A pastor at Haven Church in St. Helens, Oregon, he has long been active in the Oregon Republican Party before his election as Chair. However, he resigned soon after his election when it was revealed he groomed a teenager until she was old enough to get married and kept her under his control by threatening to rape teenagers and through domestic violence and marital rape.

Daniel James Halloran served on the New York City Council as a Republican representing Queens for three years. He was elected in 2010 and arrested in 2013 for bribery and fraud, and was caught in a payoff scheme by FBI officers he thought were developers. He was arrested in 2025 for possession of child sexual abuse material.

Casey R. Medina was hired by the Avon (New York) Police Department as a trainee but was arrested after just three days on the job. He was charged with attempted kidnapping, aiding and abetting, cyberstalking, and distribution, receipt, and possession of child sexual abuse imagery.

1382: Erik Sickinger

Erik Sickinger was a councilman in the city of Irmo, South Carolina. He stepped up to serve as mayor pro tem in 2023. In March, 2025, he was accused of grooming and assaulting a 15-year-old boy. Specifically, he was charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, second degree, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a charge of luring, enticing, or attempting to lure or entice children. John Giarrusso III is a Seabrook, New Hampshire police officer. He was arrested in February and charged with possession of child sexual abuse images, dissemination of visual material of a child in a state of nudity or sexual conduct and disseminating obscene matter to a minor. He is on unpaid leave. As a police officer he participated in fundraising for an organization founded to help sexually abused children.
