Rodney Creech is a Republican Ohio state representative who is now running for Ohio senate despite being sanctioned by the Republican-dominated Ohio House and asked to resign by the Republican House Speaker over allegations of sexual misconduct and imposition made by a teenage relative.

1397: Stephen Kamnik

Stephen Kamnik, a Pennsylvania State Police Corporal, has been suspended without pay after an Internal Affairs investigation into misuse of state property (his computer.) However, when they searched his computer, he ended up with 608 criminal charges including the creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual abuse of children.

1396: Jovanté Teague

Abuse of Power or Authority

Jovanté Teague is the Vice-Chair of the Florida Republican Party. He was also the vice-mayor of Cross City, Florida. Before that, he was a prison guard when he was convicted convicted in a state felony investigation that disclosed he had a sexual relationship with a female inmate. Since he was in a position of power over her making it difficult for her to refuse, any sort of sexual relationship was an abuse of power.

1395: Nathan Rees

Organizational Cover-Up

Nathan Rees was a professor at University of North Dakota in the Art and Design Department from 2013 to 2015. He was also a friend of Ray Holmberg. He received emails from Holmberg describing how he was grooming and sexually abusing a UND student in Prague. He did nothing.

1394: Nick Hacker

Organizational Cover-Up

Nicholas Hacker is a former North Dakota state senator and served on the North Dakota Board of Higher Education. In 2016 while Hacker was on the Board of Higher Ed, Senator Ray Holmberg sent Hacker an e-mail describing a sexual encounter he had in Taiwan. Hacker did not forward that email to report inappropriate, likely illegal trafficking until after the investigation into Holmberg began in 2022. That is six years of failing to report Holmberg’s disgraceful conduct.

1393: Jay Quam

Abuse of Power or Authority, Sexual Harassment

Jay Quam was a Hennepin County judge appointed by Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty in 2006. He retired in March, 2025, one month before he was reprimanded by The Minnesota Board on Judicial Standards for a pattern of sexual harassment that included an inappropriate relationship with his clerk and his staff hearing explicit sounds of sexual activity from his office.

1392: Gail Priest

Organizational Cover-Up

Gail Priest was a co-founder of 99+1, a foster child advocacy organization that worked to address the very real crisis of foster children aging out and being dumped without resources or assistance in transitioning to independence. She founded the organization with her husband, Michael Priest who was arrested in 2024, charged with sexually abusing their adopted daughters. In March 2025, she was charged with child endangerment, child abuse, and child neglect after a six-month investigation.

1391: James Vincent Henry

Child Sexual Abuse Material

James Vincent Henry was the pastor of Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Delight, Arkansas. Prior to that, he served as youth pastor at several churches. He was also a foster parent to 76 children over four years.

On September 25, 2024, the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received two tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. They carried out a search of his electronic devices and social media. He was arrested on October 15th and charged with one hundred counts of possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
