1237: Steven Smith

Dr. Steven Smith is the lead pastor at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. IBC is a member of the conservative Southern Baptist Conference and the author of several books. He is also accused of an organizational cover-up, not even informing the congregation why Patrick Andrew Miller left his job at IBC.
1236: Patrick Stephen Miller

Patrick Stephen Miller, a former Immanuel Baptist Church youth minister, was originally charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly abusing an elementary school child. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor harassment in January 2022. In the plea agreement, he was given a suspended sentence with credit for his nineteen days he was in jail. Now he wants his record expunged.
1202: Ted Suhl

Ted Suhl is a health services executive who was convicted of bribing a state official to increase his Medicaid payments and sentenced to seven years in prison. His sentence was commuted by President Trump. He was the owner of Lord’s Ranch, a faith-based residential child-care facility. At least eight former residents are suing him alleging widespread, systemic physical and sexual abuse at the camp, abuse they claim Suhl was aware of and covered up.

1112: Stephanie Neipling

Stephanie Neipling was the Associate Director of External Relations at the University of Arkansas System. It is a position that had her working closely with minor children in the 4-H program. Before that, she was the Deputy Director of Constituent Services for Republican Governor Asa Hutchinson. In 2022, Hutchinson appointed her to the State Board of Embalmers.
In July 2023, she was arrested and booked for raping a 15-year-old boy.
1107: Donald Lee Flanery

Donald Lee Flanery was pastor of Family of Christ Church in Maynard. He sexually abused a child for two years starting when she was eleven. The news stories are horrific. He told the girl that what he was doing was Biblical. During the trial, Flanery’s daughter testified that he sexually abused her twice when she was fourteen.
1106: Jamie Flanery

Jamie Flanery, an Arkansas youth pastor, is accused of sexually assaulting a fifteen-year-old girl in 2012. The first time was when she at his house with her fellow students. The second, and more serious, happened when she was driving and he texted her to pull over. He got in her car and sexually assaulted her, she claims. He was charged with First Degree Sexual Assault.
1078: Jana Bradford

Jana Bradford claimed a tough-on-crime record in her successful campaign for Prosecuting Attorney in the Ninth Judicial District in Arkansas. That may be true, so long as the criminal is not her uncle, instead she spent years using her influence to help him evade justice again and again.

998: Adam James Maass

Adam James Maass is an endocrinologist though his Arkansas medical license was suspended after he was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting his patients. After one woman reported him to police, alleging that Maass touched her breast without her permission. Ten other woman have come forward. One of the women said she began seeing him when she was ten and he began touching her inappropriately when she was fifteen. She switched doctors.
