Patrick Stephen Miller

Patrick Stephen Miller, a former Immanuel Baptist Church youth minister, was originally charged with second-degree sexual assault for allegedly abusing an elementary school child. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor harassment in January 2022. In the plea agreement, he was given a suspended sentence with credit for his nineteen days he was in jail. Now he wants his record expunged.

A second person who was a child when he was youth pastor joined with the first victim to oppose his record being sealed. According to them, they were in third and fourth grade when he sexually assaulted him. It’s alleged he would have the kids play hide and seek, get them into a closet and then molest them.
