Bob Allen represented Florida District 32 from 2000 to 2008. His career came to an end when he offered $20 to perform oral sex on a man at a local park. Sadly for him, the man was an undercover cop and he was arrested. Normally, I would not include a closeted gay man caught being gay or caught trying to buy the services of a sex worker. But his excuse is special. He blamed the weather and his fear of black men for why he offered to pay a man for sex.
