Russell Harding was an aide to Rudy Giuliani and President of the New York City Housing Development Corp. His appointment was controversial as he did not graduate college and had no relevant housing experience. His tenure ended with charges of embezzlement and possessing child pornography on his work computer. He was sentenced to five years in prison. He created a blog where he revealed inside gossip from the administration and where he wrote his final post before committing suicide.
