Byron Donalds a slave. Donalds is a Black man and one of his primary opponents. Donalds complained but Fishback said he had no right to do so because, I guess, Fishback didn’t know there was slavery in Belize, Panama, and Jamaica. He also initiated a secret relationship with a minor who he became engaged to when she became an adult. They later broke up and she has asked for injunction against him for stalking.

The court did not issue the injunction, because she was an adult when the alleged stalking occurred and there were defensible reasons for contact. However, the issue of his relationship with a minor was not litigated.
