1488: Andrew Paul Johnson

Andrew Paul Johnson

Andrew Paul Johnson is an insurrectionist from Tennessee who was pardoned by Trump. He has since been arrested in Tennessee and extradited to Florida to face charges of child sexual abuse. He is currently in custody without bail in Hernando County Jail. His charges include lewd and lascivious child molestation of a child under 12, lewd and lascivious child molestation of a child between 12 and 16, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and transmission of material harmful to a minor, and cruelty to children.

The mother of one of his two reported victims said he had been her boyfriend and lived with her for a time. She was reviewing her son’s social media and discovered Johnson had been sending inappropriate messages to her son on Discord. When she questioned her son if Johnson had sent other inappropriate messages, he told her that Johnson had molested him three times. The first happened while they were still living together and the boy was eleven. The subsequent incidents happened after he movide out. He also sent her son an iPhone telling him to keep it secret.

Allegedly, he told the child he was going to get $10 million in reparations from Trump and would put him in his will, a ploy to keep the child silent.

Johnson was convicted February 10, 2026. Sentencing is in March. He faces up to life in prison.
