Ed Gray is the former Mayor of Gulf Breeze, FL. He also ran in the Republican primary for HD2, but lost. He pleaded no contest to eleven charges starting with eight counts of video voyeurism (he recorded teen boys in the shower,) one count of illegally installing a tracking device, one count of stalking, and one count of intercepting communications.
One of the boys found a GoPro camera set up and looking around found another. He also reported to the police that it seemed like Gray was stalking him. Police searched the house and found he had installed GPS tracking devices on victims’ cars at least six times.
While it was expected he would get no jail time for pleading no contest, he did in fact get five years in prison and two years house arrest after that.
