Dwayne Schutt is the Mayor of Randolph, Nebraska. He was also the Mayor in 2017 when he was arrested and charged with four felony counts of child sexual abuse and one count of felony child abuse. According to the police, Schutt began sexually abusing a child when she was thirteen years old and continue to abuse her for four years.
Wesley Dingus was the Republican Mayor of Butler, Ohio. He resigned in late February, 2026, shortly after his arrest for voyeurism. He was filmed sniffing a minor girl’s panties while rubbing himself. And not just once.

Dingus was filmed sniffing at least four pieces of a minor girl’s underwear and touching himself. She had suspected him of going in her room, catching him there when she came back after leaving for school. She put in a camera that filmed him in the act.
William “Billy” Robbins is a Baptist minister in Fritch, Texas where he also served as a city alderman and was elected mayor in 2022. He has been arrested for soliciting child sexual abuse material.
David Finkel was the Vice-President of the Shelbyville, Indiana, School Board and a former Republican primary candidate for mayor in 2023. He stepped down from the school board after he was arrested in June 2025 and charged with possession of child sexual abuse material and sexual exploitation of a minor.
John Kevin Taylor is the former mayor of Coldstream, Kentucky. He and his wife were recently arrested. He was arrested for sexually abusing a girl under the age of twelve and for possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). She was arrested for failure to report him. One of his employees brought Taylor’s work phone to his wife to tell her about the CSAM on his phone. Not only did she not inform the police; she gave the phone back to Taylor.
Erik Sickinger was a councilman in the city of Irmo, South Carolina. He stepped up to serve as mayor pro tem in 2023. In March, 2025, he was accused of grooming and assaulting a 15-year-old boy. Specifically, he was charged with three counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, second degree, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and a charge of luring, enticing, or attempting to lure or entice children. In October, 2024, he was indicted for two counts of production and one count of possession of child sexual abuse material. According to the indictment, he enticed a 17-year-old boy to engage in sexually explicit conduct that he photographed and recorded.
Paul Calhoun is the former mayor of Lake View, Alabama. He was appointed in 2016 by Republican Governor Robert Bentley after the mayor and 2 city council members resigned, leaving the town without a quorum to do business.
