
Dwayne Schutt is the Mayor of Randolph, Nebraska. He was also the Mayor in 2017 when he was arrested and charged with four felony counts of child sexual abuse and one count of felony child abuse. According to the police, Schutt began sexually abusing a child when she was thirteen years old and continue to abuse her for four years.
He agreed to a plea deal where he pled guilty to child abuse and the child sexual abuse charges were dismissed. He was sentenced to one year probation.
According to the filing, the victim supported the deal.
Since his great deal, he has been re-elected as Mayor.
