70: E Ozwald Balfour

E Ozwald Balfour was a conservative radio host, founder of the Utah Republican Black Assembly, and a Utah Republican State Central Committee member, the latter even after he was arrested for sexually abusing women who applied for work at his media company. In the end, he pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

About four years later, he was convicted of forcibly sodomizing a seventeen-year-old girl. The court gave him probation, imposing a suspended prison sentence of five years to life, ordering him to serve a year in jail and spend three years on probation with conditions. However, he violated the conditions and his probation was revoked and the suspended sentence was imposed.
