They did an internal investigation that sustained her allegation and fired him. A second woman, a former employee, sued Blaze, alleging they knew of Schaffer’s behavior but retaliated by firing her when she complained.

Allegations say he exposed himself to employees, pressured employees for sex and berated them for refusing.

When she got pregnant and told his wife, he tried to get the diversion program he offered her rescinded and send her to jail. He also had an affair with a juror.

In the suit, it was claimed he made dumb blonde jokes and called one employee “porkchop.” He was accused of retaliating when a worker made an official complaint about sexual harassment by other supervisors.
