Billy R. Oswald is a lawyer in Lexington, South Carolina, who was a Lexington County councilman who has run for office as a Republican several times was sued for sexual harassment by Sharon Ross, an employee. Allegations say he exposed himself to employees, pressured employees for sex and berated them for refusing.
In the lawsuit, Ross claims Oswald groped her and made improper gestures. She claimed he brought prostitutes to the office, to take them to his office and have sex with them. Some were clients, others were tenants. Employees could hear sex acts.
