The woman alleged groping, unwanted touching, and jealous behavior. She also made claims about other harassment and there was a settlement where she agreed not to go public.
Jack Latvala was a Florida state senator who was accused of sexual harassment and sexual assault. His troubles began with an allegation of sexual harassment of a senate aide. Don Shooter was an Arizona state representative. Several allegations were made against him alleging sexual harassment and a hostile work environment. Tony Cornish represented a district in SW Minnesota in the state House of Representatives and was a big advocate for expansive gun rights. He resigned when several people came forward with sexual harassment and misconduct allegations including pushing one lobbyist against a wall and trying to kiss her. His resignation was part of a deal with the lobbyist to avoid being sued.
Wes Goodman was an Ohio state representative. Fittingly, considering his resignation, he once worked for Rep. Jim Jordan who infamously looked the other way while his students were being molested by a colleague. Goodman is not listed for his hypocrisy in engaging in many consensual affairs with men, but for the non-consensual fondling of a teenager at a GOP event.
Randy Baumgardner was a Colorado state senator so infamous for sexual harassment that his nickname was “the boob grabber.” Several people came forward with allegations of intimidation and harassment on the job. Two separate independent investigations found allegations against him credible or more likely than not to have occurred.
