Valentino DiGiorgio III was chair of the Pennsylvania Republican Party but was forced to resign after he sent unwelcome sexual texts to a woman who was running for Philadelphia City Council. They connected over Facebook and then began texting each other, some of the texts were flirtatious, but then the messages got overly sexual and she told him that he made her uncomfortable and harassing her. He sent her a dick pic.
When the Philadelphia Inquirer reported the story, he resigned. He denied her allegation but proposed she sign an NDA, threatening her reputation would be ruined.
