Gabe Carl LeBlanc was hired as a deputy sheriff in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, in 2014. He was promoted to lieutenant in 2021.
In March, 2024, the Sheriff was informed by the Attorney General that LeBlanc was under investigation and he was put on administrative leave.
Now he has been arrested, charged with producing child sexual abuse material.

Further documentation has to wait. The Attorney General and the Lousiana State Police sites are down. LaFourche Parish wants $20 to search their records plus $1 per page. The local media are not covering this. The Sheriff’s office has deleted references to him.
