Joshua Dane Wells was a part-time deputy and foster parent. He also was podcasting with two other people a Pentecostal podcast called PenteTalks has been charged with inappropriate sexual conduct with minors. A concerned parent notified police about his sexual conduct with a 15-year-old minor.
