Donald Crerar is an anti-mask protester and election denier. He was arrested for child sexual abuse, accused of putting his penis on a child’s arm. His lawyer successfully argued that since his penis was flaccid, it was not actually sexual assault. The judge, in an epically wrong decision, agreed and dismissed the charges.
