I have needs” and talking about his sex life with his wife. He propositioned her nine times. He told her she would change her mind. She filed a complaint of sexual harassment that ultimately led to his resignation.
Jeff Hoover was the Republican Speaker of the House in Kentucky. A staff member complained of sexual harassment and he settled with her. He defends himself saying it was consensual banter.
