In 2011 on his radio show, he mocked the women who recounted how Herman Cain had allegedly sexual harassed them. He even mocked the idea that sexual harassment could be traumatizing. He put on a fake voice and made fun of them. It’s probably why Trump endorsed him.
Brian Linder is another Kentucky legislator who settled with a woman who complained of sexual harassment. He served from 2013 ro 2019. He told his constituents he made some mistakes.

The Dutchess Legislature voted 23-1 to censure him for his statements. He responded by introducing a proposal that people can only be censured if convicted of a felony or serious misdemeanor.
He has apologized for saying it while continuing to give further context that his opinion has not changed. He repeats again and again that a woman who drinks or uses drugs is impaired and more open to rape or assault, not understanding that it is the rapist who rapes. Women drinking is not an invitation to rape.
