60: John R. Curtin

John R. Curtin was a Republican committeeman when he hosted a beer party at a Stroudsburg, PA, motel and invited a 17-year-old young man and three boys aged 13 to 20 to drink beer. The seventeen-year-old got drunk and went out for a cigarette and Curtin followed him out, pulled down his pants, and molested him. Curtin claimed he pulled down his own pants.

He was convicted of molesting the boy and providing alcohol to the boys. The jury acquitted him of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse but convicted him of sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and selling or furnishing alcohol to minors.
