Jeffrey Lynn Thomas was a self-described tough-on-crime District Attorney. He went to a woman’s home after she told him he was unwelcome. When he would not leave, she slapped him. He punched her, giving her a nose bleed, then attacked and raped her, not leaving until she promised not to call the police.
He was found guilty of indecent assault, strangulation, simple assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, and felony criminal trespass.
