He’s also been accused of domestic violence though no charges were filed and he remains married to his wife who twice called the police. Before that, a neighbor called police on him when he was fighting with a former girlfriend. He also has three assault charges and he pleaded no contest to one of them.
Meghan Wiggins and her husband Gary operated Joshua Home, an anti-gay conversion camp, in Alabama, Missouri, and Texas, moving on when closed by authorities for abusing and trafficking the children.
Gary Wiggins ran an anti-gay “conversion” camp with his wife Meghan. They were both indicted for trafficking the children sent to their camp. The children were subject to physical abuse and forced labor. They had moved on to Illinois after the State of Texas shut down their Joshua Home. Texas followed the closing of their home in Missouri for child abuse allegations and in Alabama before that. They were extradited from Alabama to Texas.
In 2019, woman called the police from his home. She claimed that she had attended a party at Jones’ home the night before. The woman claimed he took her out on an ATV and raped her out in the woods. Jones claimed it was consensual. A judge dismissed her application for a protective order because he didn’t think she was convincing though the woman went to an Emergency Room where they identified trauma to her body.
Greg Abbott is the Republican governor of Texas who just won re-election in 2022. She reported that during a mock golf lesson, he kissed and fondled her. She then resigned. Rather than pursue criminal charges, the D.A, negotiated an apology in the form of a public letter.
Bo Dresner was a Republican county official, sergeant of arms, and a precinct chair in Hays County, Texas. He has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of one victim over the course of seven years. The four children in his custody have been removed. Aggravated sexual assault means the alleged assailant caused serious bodily harm, used fear or threats of violence, flourishing of weapons, to coerce them, or gives them something that impairs their ability to resist.
So it should be no surprise that his employees allege sexual harassment, sexual assault, anti-Semitism, and racism.
Larry Cotton was Associate Pastor at Parkway Baptist Church when the seventeen-year-old Jules Woodson came to him and told him that the youth pastor had forced her to give him oral sex the night before. Instead of being concerned about the teenager who has just been sexually assaulted, he attacked her, saying “so you participated.” He told her not to tell anyone and heaped the blame on her, protecting the youth pastor Andy Savage [See GOP Sexual Predators 324: Andy Savage.] Savage was suspended for a time but the church later asked her parents if they would mind if he came back. The police were not informed.
