The boy discovered a hidden camera in the bathroom and his parents went to the police. The police interviewed other boys he had invited hunting and they all told of stripping naked to be checked for ticks.

Andrew Napolitano was a Superior Court Judge in New Jersey and worked for FOX News for twenty-four years as an on-air expert in legal matters. He also offered his opinions (very conservative) on other issues. He was let go after one accusation of sexual assault led to others also coming forward. Two of those accusing him of sexual assault are men. One accused Napolitano of sexually abusing him while he presided over his case. The other accused him of inviting him to his home only to pressure him to participate in sexual roleplay. Napolitano countersued for libel. Both sides dismissed their cases at the same time with no public mention of any settlement.

Kenneth Lee was appointed by Donald Trump to the 9th Circuit. He was confirmed with a party line vote, in large part because of his extreme and intemperate writing about race, homosexuality, sexual harassment, and rape. He was dishonest with the Judiciary Committee, selectively holding back his controversial writing, an action that led to an Obama appointee not being confirmed. The Republicans looked past his dishonesty and confirmed him anyway.

In 2019, he presided over a trial that ended in the conviction of David Lynn Richards Jr,. a former pastor, for repeatedly raping his adopted daughter.

John Russo, Jr. was appointed Superior Court Judge by former New Jersey Chris Christie. A woman was seeking a restraining order against a the father of her child. She claimed he raped her, He also physically and verbally abused her, threatened to burn down her house, take away her child, and stole from her. He has been accused by several men of raping them when they were minors. In 2017, a man came forward suing Judge Pressler, claiming he was raped by Pressler when he was just fourteen and the sexual assaults continued for decades. As often happens, once one person comes forward, others find the courage to come forward as well. According to court records, he settled with another accuser in 2004. He was successful in getting the suit dismissed because of the statute of limitations, but his accuser appealed and won in the Texas Supreme Court in April, 2022.
