Dan Clark was a precinct committee officer elected to the Clark County Republican Party Bylaws and Resolutions Committee with 70% of the secret ballot vote. Those voting were well aware that he is a convicted child predator who repeatedly snuck into a fifteen-year-old girl’s bedroom, gave her alcohol, asked her to marry him despite having a restraining order against him. He was 43 at the time.
According to The Columbian, he was “was arrested on suspicion of 10 counts of residential burglary with sexual motivation.” Who knew such a thing existed? He was convicted of residential burglary, violating an anti-harassment order, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was sentenced to nine months in jail.
