Tom Ganley was a Republican congressional candidate in Ohio. He lost his election in 2010. He was accused by two different women of sexually harassing them. One woman, Dianne Hill, accused him of grabbing her buttocks and telling her he wanted her to wear some lingerie and allow him to smack her buttocks. Another woman said he denied her a position because she turned down his sexual overtures. Another woman claimed he attempted to assault her.
He was later indicted for three counts of gross sexual imposition and one each of kidnapping, abduction, soliciting and menacing by stalking.
