Will Gardner was the Republican Party-endorsed candidate for North Dakota Secretary of State. He withdrew from the race after news surfaced of his arrest when he was 29 years old. He was cited for surreptitious intrusion – a sexual offense, but that was dropped to disorderly conduct in a plea deal.

In 2014, he won the Republican primary for Idaho House District 18, but he lost the general election. He was also active in the Disobey Idaho protests of stay-at-home orders when COVID first appeared.
Starr Emery is the Republican candidate for District 46 of the Montana House of Representatives. The Facebook tagline for her campaign is “Safe Children, Sound Families, and a Strong Montana.” That makes her arrest for Child Endangerment surprising.

Elliot “Alu” Axelman was a Republican candidate for New Hampshire State Legislature. Vivek Ramaswamy listed him as an endorser in the 2024 presidential primary. He is an advocate for New Hampshire Secession.

She ran into Axelman, a family friend. He texted her mother that he had found her, but then offered her alcohol, took her to a field, and would not let her leave, kissing her and grinding against her
Solomon Peña was given a 20th chance when the nineteen-times-convicted candidate was named the Republican nominee for the 14th District in the New Mexico House of Representatives. He was trounced losing by 48 points. Of course, he followed the Trump playbook and claimed the vote was rigged. He attended the January 6 rally, but it not known to have participated in the insurrection.
