Eric Stearns was a high school choir teacher in St. Helens, Oregon. He was accused of sexual abusing six students from 2015 to the present. He was arrested in November 2024.
After being released on bail, he was arrested a second time in February, 2025, for additional charges involving six additional students.
He remains in custody without bail. It’s been reported that he resigned a previous position in lieu of being fired
