311: David W. Coderre

David W. Coderre was the Republican nominee for state Senate District 29 in Connecticut. He was arrested four times for domestic violence though three of those were erased after a violence program. The fourth arrest was dismissed. He blames the arrests on a messy divorce.

His ex-wife was granted a restraining order after she submitted an affidavit alleging five incidents of rage, threats, and violence. “Total of 5 incidents — mental, physical + emotional abuse over past 3-4 wks (3 incidents reported to Troop D State Police, 2 incidents to Putnam Police. Involve — road rage, endangering children’s lives, punching car doors, windows, verbal threats about “getting you + “don’t under estimate me , what I can do to you.” Physically hitting my head … holding/squeezing my arm @ 144 Killingly Ave. residence.”
