Eric Feltner pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor pornography charge, less than the two counts of providing pornographic materials to a minor and public display of sexual content that he faced. Feltner was the Chief of Staff for Missouri’s Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder until he resigned after his arrest. He was given a suspended sentence and 100 hours of community service. He cannot use a computer for two years.
Feltner was caught in an investigation by an officer posing as a 13-year-old girl. Feltner directed her to masturbate and gave her explicit directions.
