William Dalton Milam was a preacher who became known as an outspoken advocate for “dry” Sundays and opposed local ordinances that would allow Sunday sales of alcohol. His last sermon at Olivet Baptist Church in Milton, Florida, was against alcohol. However, he was fired after his arrest for possession of child sexual abuse imagery.
According to FDLE, they got a cybertip from the National Center for Missing Children about someone uploading images of child sexual abuse. The IP was traced to Milam’s home. He was charged with two counts of promoting sexual performance of a child and 25 counts of possession of child pornography. They found multiple devices that belonged to Milam that contained child sexual abuse material, including images as you as three engaged in sex acts.
