David Nims was the Children’s Director at Calvary Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. He was arrested for video voyeurism by an adult responsible for the welfare of a child younger than 16. He placed a hidden camera to film children in a church bathroom.
And then he was arrested again, after more victims were discovered. And then he was arrested again. Not only did he film people in the church, but also at his home, and his wife’s workplace.
He pleaded no contest to 12 of the 25 charges against him. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison.
