Pastor William Henry Randall was the Republican candidate for Congress in Florida’s 3rd district in 1998. He lost.
Randall was the pastor of St. Simon Baptist Church in Orange Park. The abuse began when a twelve-year-old girl began attending his church. He exploited the trust people put in their pastors to sexually assault this child for several years, from 2007 to 2015 when she told her mother.
He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to twenty years with credit for time served and lifetime probation.
