Tim Nolan was a tough-on-crime judge, a Republican party activist, and a Trump campaign supporter. The story of his progress from “hanging judge” to felon is circuitous and centers on a bar he owned. But however he got there, Tim Nolan pleaded guilty to 21 counts of human trafficking, some of the cases involving minors. This man trawled domestic violence shelters to search for vulnerable prey.
He was sentenced to twenty years in prison. He was 71.
