Jarl Rockhill, a member of Patriot Prayer, who pled guilty to a hate crime attack on IRCO, a Portland immigrant center. He is also a convicted sex offender. Jarl was charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree in 2002, and with Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit conduct in 2003. He is registered as a sex offender as of 1-7-10.
