Jason Brothers was a traveling Evangelist preacher who raped a child in 2012 but did not face justice until 2019 when he pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and avoided all jail time. His lawyer, David Ralston (412) used his position as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives to delay the trial so long the prosecutor thought it unlikely witnesses would have clear memories.
He repeatedly raped a 14-year-old girl and got probation.
