1234: Eric Spofford

Eric Spofford was the founding CEO of Granite Recovery Centers (GRC) an addiction recovery company with several centers and multiple programs to treat addiction and maintain sobriety. He led from his own experience as an addict and built a successful program. He is also a generous Republican donor. He now identifies himself as an internet personality and gives speeches on business, investing, mental health, addiction recovery and more. He has been accused of sexual harassment and sexual harassment.

1194: Dick Pelley

While working at Heal and Hope, he demeaned a client and abused her by telling her to grab her breasts, shake them, and exclaim she was a “hot piece of ass.” He also pointed to her vagina and told her not to sleep around. He demeaned her employment, telling her to get a “real job.” He asked her about church attendance and ranted at her when she said she didn’t go to church. The claims were investigated by the the Tennessee Board of Professional Counselors, Marital and Family Therapists and Clinical Pastoral Therapists who revoked his license on October 6, 2023.

1190: Mike Bickle

Three former leaders of International House of Prayer released a public statement on October 28th, 2023, that asked the organization to address the several long-standing allegations of sexual misconduct by Mike Bickle, what they referred to as the “collective and corroborating testimony of several victims.”

1187: Robert Stahn

Robert Stahn founded Wellspring Counseling Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. One of his specialties is counseling trauma victims, including sexual abuse trauma. So it was ironic that he pleaded guilty to sexual abusing vulnerable women who were under his counseling supervision.

1157: Kevin Ruditsky

Kevin Ruditsky was a New Jersey police officer. At National Night Out – an event designed to foster good relations between police and the communities they serve – Ruditsky met a sixteen-year-old girl. After the event he began stalking her.

Miracle Meadows was a boarding school for troubled youth in Salem, West Virginia. It was under the aegis of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Founded in 1988, it operated until it was closed down in 2014.

A desperate student drank a cleaning product, was taken to the hospital where she begged for help. An investigation into the school began and the school’s education status was revoked.

1142: Tim Ballard

Timothy Ballard is the man whose story inspired the film “Sound of Freedom.” He founded Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) with an international mission of fighting human trafficking. According to OUR, its staff includes many former law enforcement and intelligence officers who have conducted raids saving thousands of children from traffickers. However, it is being investigated by the Utah Attorney General. VICE News has conducted years of investigation into OUR and found a patter of distortion and exaggeration of their international rescue efforts and their collaboration with law enforcement in the U.S.

1086: Christopher Hundl

Christopher Hundl was the pastor of Mountain Valley Church and the Baylor University chapter of Chi Alpha, an ecumenical global campus ministry sponsored by the Assemblies of God. Baylor University is a Southern Baptist private university in Texas with a multi-denominational student body. Hundl was an employee of the Assemblies of God, not Baylor University. He resigned his position shortly before being arrested in May 2023 for allowing minors to be sexually abused by his spiritual mentor, Daniel Savala, a registered sex offender. At the time of his arrest, the sex offender was not named. Savala was arrested in June, 2023. The Chi Alpha chapter was also suspended by the University.

1076: Kieran Cartharn

In 2018, he approached a woman walking to her dorm after 1 a.m. and said he was a police officer and would walk her home. She demurred, but he insisted, so when she got to her dorm she went to the check-in and security chased him off. They got a picture so the police put it out and were inundated with tips identifying Cartharn. After all, he just ran for City Council.

1066: John Brownlow

John Brownlow is the former Chief Financial Office of Westminster Academy, a school that follows the theology of Doug Wilson. He was arrested for stalking a minor online and in person, going so far as to break into his home to spy on his and get unlawful images of him. He would persuade the boy to engage in a sexual activity and then record it without his knowledge. This went on from 2020 to 2022.
