Bud ‘Marty’ May, who lost the race for South Dakota House District 27 to his mother, was arrested a week after the 2022 election and charged with rape. It happened in a bar bathroom. Police were called. When police arrived she had blood, dirt, and abrasions on her. May fled the scene. After he was detained, he claimed it was just a hug.
Jorge Ariel Benavides was the pastor of Iglesia Cristiana Casa de Dios and a promoter of conspiracy theories such the idea that vaccines contain microchips. He was arrested and charged with raping a woman with special needs whom he threatened with putting in a mental institution.
He is alleged to have met a 15-year-old girl at church camp when he was 22. She was flattered by the attention and thought his position made him a safe person. He asked her out and began having sex with her even though she was under the age of consent and his pastoral position gave him undue power. That makes their “relationship” rape.
He was sentenced to four years for each count, to be served consecutively. He was released after six years. He appealed his conviction and was denied. He claims he was wrongfully convicted. It should be shocking that a man who was sentenced to twelve years in prison for rape would win the Republican nomination. Yet, somehow it is not.
Vince McMahon is the Chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and a close friend of Donald Trump. He even paid $5 million to Trump’s fraudulent foundation. He’s a generous donor to Republicans as well. He was forced out in 2022 when the board learned he spent millions on settle sexual harassment suits. However, he forced his way back even though there are pending lawsuits for sexual harassment and brand news ones as well.
Richard Fritz was the State’s Attorney for St. Mary’s County. Maryland for seven terms though he finally was defeated in the Republican primary last year. His defeat is a surprise given his voters have known all along that he is a convicted rapist, participating in a three-on-one gang rape of a fifteen-year-old girl. He describes it as a statutory rape when he was a teenager. He was eighteen. He said “it happens all the time…Three of us had sex with her and that should speak for itself.”
Running in the Republican Congressional primary in 2022, his opponents brought up allegations of rape that were made in 2005 by a woman who dropped the charge “out of fear.” According to her report to the police, he said he knew where she lived and he would find her. In an egregious act of police misconduct, the Dekalb County police chief whom Vernon Jones had appointed released her identity to the press with the incident report. She wrote a note saying she would not testify because of the harassment and the release of her name. She never recanted.
Gary Binkley has been Chairman of the Cheatham County Republican party as well as a member of the Cheatham County Commission. In May 2022, he was indicted on four counts of rape and one of sexual battery.
Cliff C. Maloney, Jr was formerly the president of Young Americans for Liberty, a conservative Libertarian student organization. He is currently an active conservative political strategist and commentator. He has a website where you can see all who welcome him. He does not mention the rape allegations against him.
Andrew Tate is an avid Trump advocate, a citizen of both the United States and the United Kingdom, he moved to Romania because rape laws are more lenient there, according to him. He’s been accused of rape and trafficking and has been arrested for trafficking 75 women, forcing them to create pornographic content or perform phone sex. His is currently detained in Romania.
