They were called in as the Washougal Police were concerned about the conflict of interest as he was running for mayor.

John Myser unsuccessfully contended for the Republican convention nomination for the state legislature. Just a week later, he was arrested in a domestic violence incident to which he gave an Alford plea, admitting there was plenty of evidence to convict him, but not admitting guilt.

722: Danielle Neuschwanger

Danielle Neuschwanger was a Republican primary candidate for Colorado governor in 2022. When she lost, she insisted that the primary was rigged and ran in the general election as a candidate for the even more conservative Constitution Party. She’s been arrested three times; once for drunk driving and twice for domestic violence. She has a restraining order against her by her ex-boyfriend.

Greg Locke is a Trump-loving internet pastor who pulls stunts like berating customer service people in Target over gender neutral bathrooms or having a meltdown because someone donated to Planned Parenthood in his name. Folks might remember him as the pastor who said there were witches in his church. He also said you cannot be a Christian and vote Democratic. His ex-wife shared abusive texts he sent her and alleged he was physically and emotionally abusive. His wife fled and lived in a women’s shelter. The print press is full of profiles of him that leave out his ex-wife’s claims and normalize his fanaticism.

Ryan Utterback is an anti-gay activist and advocate for banning books. He was featured on rightwing media until he was arrested for distributing pornography to a minor and child molestation. He was also charged with domestic assault. Three different incidents with children are described in the police probable cause statement.

Michael Brian Protzman is the Q-Anon leader who organized the rallies to welcome the very-dead JFK, Jr. when he came out of hiding to lead them and become Trump’s vice-president, etc. etc. His involvement concerns many because he has a violent past. He was arrested in Washington for “blind rage” domestic violence attack on his wife.

665: Heather Locklear

Heather Locklear is a famous actress who volunteered for Bush’s presidential campaign. A Republican, she has not been as outspoken in recent years. She has been arrested, however, for domestic violence and for battery of a police officer and an EMT. The domestic violence charges were dropped. She pleaded no contest and got 30 days in a mental health facility.

While on vacation with her in Mexico, he choked her while she struggled to breathe, getting her to agree to sign a sex slave contract signed in blood with their fingerprints.

Daniel Gai was an aide for Fresno Republican City Councilmember Garry Bredefeld. He resigned after pleading no contest to five felony domestic violence charges. He admitted to one count of committing corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant, three counts of assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and one count of child endangerment.
