Thomas Wall was pastor of the conservative Pentecostal Fellowship Church in Lancaster, Kentucky. He also administered the Christian academy run by the church. He was originally arrested in January 2022, accused of sexually abusing a family member over forty years ago when the relative was under the age of twelve.
William Gleason of Toms River, NJ, was head of the South Toms River Recreation Commission and a former Toms River councilman. He was also a foster parent. Then he was accused of sexual abusing one of his foster children. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child under age 13, aggravated sexual assault of a child between the ages of 13 and 16, sexual assault of a victim more than four years younger than him, aggravated criminal sexual contact, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
After a brief look at his cell phone, they arrested him for producing child sexual abuse material. Remember, the videos and pictures cannot be produced without abusing and exploiting children. The incidents that were brought to FBI attention allegedly happened between August 14th and his September 28, 2023 arrest. However, he is alleged to have produced child sexual abuse material with more than thirty children often by coercing them into producing videos and sending them to him.
He was arrested and charged on December 5th, 2023. He was charged with ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. That is one count for each of the ten girls from ages seven to seventeen whom he allegedly raped. He was also charged with obstructing justice because he is believed to have destroyed digital evidence of his sexual abuse of minors.
William “Bill” Oswald was a Baptist pastor at Dunn’s Chapel in Congaree, South Carolina. He was convicted in early December, 2023, of sexually assaulting his daughters beginning when they were eight from around 1996 to 2001.
David J. Turley was the Mayor of Woodland Park, Colorado when he was accused of sexually assaulting a teen at his home. He was charged with a class 4 felony sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust. He was arrested in 2014 by local police and released with bail set at $10,000.
Reagan Anderson was an elementary school teacher at Holly Hill Academy, a private religious K-12 school in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. In November, she was arrested for sexual battery of a minor student, a high school football player. A coach as well as some students saw a photo of her on a student’s phone as well as some Snapchat conversation that alarmed the coach. Allegedly, Anderson sent the student nude photos on Snapchat. The school contacted police on November 8th.
Justin Sigmon was a deputy in the Franklin County, Virginia, Sheriff’s Office. When his family went on a cruise another passenger saw him touching a minor inappropriately. The passenger recorded it to report the abuse. It was also caught on the ship’s security camera.
Abraham was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child and sexual battery. He was initially held without bail, but later bail was set at $5,000 and he was released with the stipulation that he was not to have any contact with the victim and that he was not to be around children except at church services.
Paul Emerson Schofield was a corrections officer at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Missouri. He and his wife pled guilty to “one count of conspiracy to produce child pornograph and one count of producing child pornography” according to the Department of Justice. The child they sexually assaulted was under twelve during the three years the pair abused them to produce child sexual abuse material. There was a video of them sexually assaulting an unconscious four-year-old child. The DOJ press release is much more detailed.
