Barry Morphew’s dead wife cast a ballot. It was one of the examples of voter fraud that was pointed to as proof the election was stolen. It turns out that Barry Morphew cast the ballot. It was a vote for Trump.
He is also a person of interest in his wife’s presumptive death. Her body has not been found and it’s possible she is missing, but the police and DA believe her body has been well-hidden and that Morphew did it. However, without a body they think they could not convict him, so they dismissed the charges, with prejudice which means they can be brought again. There will be no trial until her body is found.
