Daniel Rodimer is the retired professional wrestler Dan Rodman and an unsuccessful Republican candidate for Congress. He’s also been accused of domestic violence though no charges were filed and he remains married to his wife who twice called the police. Before that, a neighbor called police on him when he was fighting with a former girlfriend. He also has three assault charges and he pleaded no contest to one of them.
There was an incident in 2010 in Florida. The police report says he was harassing women at a Waffle House. When a man who was with the women asked him to leave them alone, Rodimer grabbed him by the neck, threw him into a chair and onto the ground. Rodimer offers a different version where he was stopping a bully. Several witnesses said otherwise. He was charged with battery, pleaded guilty, and got a deferred judgment (similar to probation, but if you have no more mistakes, your record is clean.)
