David Narramore was a member of the Kentucky Republican Party’s State Central Committee. He was also chair of the Letcher County Republican Party. He is also involved with the state’s Board of Dentistry, though there was some controversy over that due to his being disciplined for not documenting narcotic prescriptions and over-prescribing.
He was arrested for exposing himself to an employee in a Belk department store bathroom. He was also charged with resisting arrest.
The employee said Narramore rubbed his foot from the other stall and then exposed his genitals to him.
The Party immediate separated itself from him. He negotiated an agreement that required him to pay a fine, go to anger management training, and do community service but is not going to be called pre-trial conversion or anything else, really, other than a private civil agreement worked out outside the criminal court. Hmmm.
